About the Role In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high quality facilities & infrastructure projects across the NT region. You'll be responsible for managing end to end project delivery, leading subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will also have the opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful projects that directly support remote communities and essential services in the NT. Note - This role is based in Darwin NT, relocation assistance available for the right candidate. What You Will Do: Manage the full project lifecycle, including the planning, scheduling, procurement and delivery to ensure successful project outcomes Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and achieve project goals Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and risk management plans to proactively identify and mitigate issues Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS regulations, environmental requirements and industry standards throughout all phases of the project Coordinate logistics and resources for remote projects including accommodation, transport and supply chain planning Drive innovation and efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance project outcomes What You Will Bring: Proven experience in project management, preferably within construction, facilities or remote project environments Strong understanding of WHS regulations, building standards and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and remote locations. Relevant trade qualifications - Carpenter or builder Ability to obtain defence clearance i.e. Must be an Australian Citizen. What Will Set You Apart: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in remote or challenging environments Experience using project management software such as Procore, MS project or similar Proven track record of delivering projects to scope, budget and timeline Leadership experience and the ability to mentor others.
