Recruitment Officer Flinders University is recruiting a Recruitment Officer to join our People and Culture Team. This is a rare opportunity following an internal promotion and is ideal for professionals with a background in customer service or administration who wish to transition into a People and Culture environment. Base Pay Range A$82,657.00/yr – A$91,222.00/yr Key Responsibilities Draft and publish job advertisements Collate and distribute candidate applications Respond to recruitment queries via phone and email Maintain accurate records in HRIS and CRM systems Support interview panels and recruitment documentation Manage employment agreements and compliance checks Process hire‑in and new starter documentation Assist with relocation support for preferred candidates About You Strong customer service and communication skills Proven administrative experience with excellent attention to detail Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable with automated systems and HR software (e.g., Workday) Commitment to confidentiality and professional conduct About the People and Culture Team The People and Culture team provides strategic leadership and operational support across Flinders University, building a positive, inclusive workplace that reflects our core values of Integrity, Courage, Innovation and Excellence.
