Digital Content & E-Commerce Project Manager Join to apply for the Digital Content & E-Commerce Project Manager role at Zimmermann ZIMMERMANN has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content & E-Commerce Project Manager to join our Head Office team in Rosebery. This is a full-time, 12-month contract role. Reporting to the Digital Content Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our digital content initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the Zimmermann brand. You will also be responsible for reporting on project impact, consolidating learnings, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our digital client experience and content strategy through the replatforming of our E-Commerce CMS platform. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital content development and optimisation Demonstrated project management experience Proven E-Commerce CMS platform experience Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of content, studio photography, and videography processes Exceptional attention to detail across all content delivery Knowledge of SEO content structures and performance metrics Job Responsibilities Project Management: Own the full lifecycle of digital content projects, including the replatforming of the global Zimmermann website. This includes conducting research, gathering insights, defining requirements with internal stakeholders, and managing external agencies and vendors. You’ll collaborate with the delivery team on implementation and testing, and support CRO initiatives with the Digital Performance & Optimisation Senior Manager. Digital Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of our digital content roadmap by proposing initiatives that personalise, localise, and elevate the client experience. You’ll act as a visual gatekeeper, ensuring all imagery and video content meet Zimmermann’s high standards. SEO: Develop and implement content strategies to enhance organic visibility. This includes optimising existing content, identifying gaps through research, and collaborating with copywriters and the merchandising team to ensure SEO best practices are followed. Team Development: Mentor and support the Digital Content team and the Digital Studio team on project-related tasks.
