Service Coordinator

TRUCK TECH is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join our team in Chipping Norton . This role is perfect for someone with strong coordination skills, a background in scheduling (preferably within the heavy vehicle or transport industry) , and a passion for keeping customers and operations running smoothly behind the scenes. The Role: Coordinate and schedule service and repair jobs, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion Act as the key link between customers, technicians, and internal departments Prepare quotes, secure approvals, and finalise invoicing for completed work Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance Maintain accurate data in our job management systems (Mechanic Desk, excel etc) Provide clear communication and updates to customers throughout the process Support a positive, safety-first culture across the branch What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in service coordination, maintenance administration, or similar Background in scheduling, preferably within the heavy vehicle or transport industry Strong organisational and communication skills with great attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and digital job management systems Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment A customer-first mindset and commitment to quality service Why Join TRUCK TECH?
