We're a close-knit Sydney team that values accomplishment, innovation, togetherness, and care — and we're looking for an experience Relationship Executive who thrives on finding and building new relationships, and opening doors with existing and new opportunities. About the Role We're looking for a Business Relationship Executive with energy, curiosity, and persistence — someone who loves finding and connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and helping great brands look their best. You'll work alongside our experienced account and production teams to bring new clients into the Look Print family. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys inspiring others and selling creative solutions — not just products — and wants to be part of a team that actually delivers what they promise. You will: Identify and develop new business opportunities with promotion and event managers, marketing, VM, and procurement teams, retailers, accommodation venues, brands, shopfitters, builders, agencies of all forms, and more. Attend client meetings, trade shows, and presentations Collaborate with estimators and production to quote and scope projects Maintain your pipeline and activity in our CRM (PipeDrive & FileMaker) Hand over new accounts smoothly to our account management, production and installation teams. About You You're driven, personable, and commercially sharp — someone who loves the chase AND values long-term trust. Applicants must hold a valid work visa or have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this role. You'll bring: 3+ years' experience in B2B sales — ideally much in print, signage, design, VM, sports Promotions, or creative production B2B sales experience requirements are flexible and will be considered based on relevant industry background and demonstrated capabilities Confidence talking to senior event, marketing, merchandising and brand professionals Strong presentation and communication skills A solutions mindset — you can connect creative capability with business outcomes A current driver's licence and comfort visiting clients across Sydney What You'll Get Competitive base + commission (with no cap) A supportive, creative environment where people care about quality and relationships.
