Impact Plumbing & Gas is expanding, and we are seeking motivated Foreman and/or Skilled Plumbers to join our team. With projects across Brisbane and Redcliffe in the commercial plumbing sector , supported by an experienced leadership team and a culture that recognizes quality work and great people, now is the perfect time to make your move. Foreman / Plumber We are looking for experienced Foremen and/or Plumbers to join our team. Depending on the role, you may lead site teams or work hands-on delivering high-quality domestic and commercial plumbing projects. Key Responsibilities (Foreman) Lead and supervise on-site crews, promoting safety, efficiency, and quality Manage daily site operations and coordinate works Ensure plumbing installations are completed to drawings and specifications Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams Assist with planning, scheduling, and problem-solving on projects Maintain accurate site records and adhere to company procedures With 3–5 years’ experience required. Key Responsibilities (Plumber) Perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs Read and interpret plans and drawings accurately Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver projects efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues on site Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
