You must have domestic experience and SME This company has a reputable brand and great reputation with their clients with year on year growth About the role Coming from a strong technical plumbing background, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow on the job in this role as well. For this role - you MUST have a sales background driving growth and business, be a qualified plumber by trade and experience with SME plumbing is a MUST As the Plumbing Service Manager you will be responsible for driving the growth of the business, ensuring all technicians are equiped to deal with sales and customer enquiries and manage other processes The work is varied but has rewards You must know how to use a computer, multi-task and do it well. This is not a delegation job, but a hands on role This opportunity has you dealing with all service, repairs and maintenance requirements and par‑take in regular overtime and adhere to strong work health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Quotes, invoicing Liaising with clients and customers Operations, planning, scheduling and management duties Management of a team of plumbers helping with enquiries and technical aspects Driving sales and business development of the team Documenting all repairing including parts usage The ability to work well within a team and autonomously Working to tight deadlines to complete projects Skills & Experience Minimum of 2+ years experience specifically working in a Senior Lead / Foreman or Plumbing Service Manager role with a passion for sales / customer service. Prior SME plumbing experience is essential. You must be a qualified plumber by trade. As the successful candidate you must have relevant Australian qualifications Great communication, a positive attitude and stability in previous roles. Please note - you must have Australian experience. Culture Reporting directly to the General Manager of the business, this role has room for growth.
