Role Overview Whilst being hands‑on, you will oversee all the plumbing maintenance activities, ensuring our strategic drivers are meeting the operational requirements in line with the organisation's key objectives, delivered in a consistent & professional manner to maximise productivity & profitability. You will be results driven with quality and productivity as top priority, whilst maintaining a close eye on margins, risks and profitability. You will manage a team of professionals whilst consistently champion the organisation’s performance culture, strategic priorities & our values Key Responsibilities Oversee the strategic & operational business management of the division in line with the business objectives. Manage FM's budgets, P&L, expenses, and resources effectively to ensure profitability. Ensure all company management systems are implemented, managed and maintained to achieve the key business objectives. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Generating periodic management reports. Maintain regular communications with all stakeholders. Customer relationship management - represent the company in a professional & competent manner in all dealings with internal & external stakeholders. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customised solutions. Maintain current client base & actively seek out new clients nationally. Ensure compliance at all times with HSE/QA legislation, the Company’s management systems & performance targets. Ensure Planet FM personnel are trained & understand their roles & responsibilities in accordance with the company's Management Systems. Leading & managing people to their full potential whilst ensuring FM's objectives are met or exceeded both quantitatively & qualitatively. Qualifications Proven experience in management within the plumbing or facilities maintenance industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer‑centric approach. Solid understanding of plumbing systems, equipment, and materials. Proficiency in Aroflo (ERP) & competent IT skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
