Distribution Manager – QLD Location: Banyo, QLD Full-time | Leadership Role | Automotive Industry About Us Club Assist is a trusted partner in delivering innovative solutions to the automotive industry. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Distribution Manager Lead and motivate a team including warehouse operators, customer service, and admin staff. Ensure OH&S compliance and champion safety initiatives. Optimize distribution and fleet operations for cost-effectiveness. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes. Drive continuous improvement and embed best practices. Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a strong culture. About You Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, and distribution management. Proven leadership and change management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. OH&S knowledge and unrestricted driver's licence. Forklift licence and MR truck licence (desirable).
