Benefits Stable, long‑term employment with an established and growing national distributor Supportive team culture with direct access to senior management decision‑making Professional development opportunities in supply chain systems and import logistics Opportunity to play a key role in shaping and improving distribution operations across Australia Staff discounts on premium Italian food and beverage products Potential for career progression as the business expands its warehouse and distribution network Responsibilities Plan and manage international supply schedules, shipping documents and customs/biosecurity clearance Oversee warehouse operations including stock control, rotation, and cold‑chain handling standards Develop delivery schedules and distribution routing to ensure timely and cost‑efficient dispatch Coordinate relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse staff and transport partners Monitor inventory levels and implement forecasting strategies to avoid shortages and overstock Ensure compliance with Australian food safety regulations, HACCP, quarantine, and logistics standards Evaluate logistics performance metrics and implement service and cost improvement initiatives Support senior management with commercial planning and purchasing decisions Qualifications & Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or import/export management Understanding of international freight procedures and customs/quarantine processes Strong organisational and analytical capability with attention to operational detail Competence in Microsoft Office and warehouse/logistics systems Ability to manage competing priorities in a time‑sensitive environment About Company Fresco Gourmet (trading as Inalca F&B Australia) is a growing importer and national distributor of premium Italian food and beverage products.
