About the Role Experience Gold Coast has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and service-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time role supports the People & Culture function across administration, recruitment, onboarding and general HR coordination. You will play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience, working closely with the wider P&C team to ensure efficient HR processes, seamless day-to-day operations, and a collaborative, supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative support across all People & Culture functions Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new and departing team members Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements Support end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job advertisements, updating position descriptions, and assisting hiring managers throughout the selection process Manage the HR inbox, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally, and escalating matters as required Coordinate employee events, training sessions, and development activities Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR systems, processes, and procedures Assist with generating employment contracts, variation letters, and other HR documentation Assist with learning and development tracking, including mandatory training compliance Provide support to the P&C Business Partners and the Director P&C with projects, reporting, and initiatives to help drive HR strategy across the organisation What We're Looking For 1–2 years’ experience in a People & Culture / Human Resources role Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office A genuine interest in employee engagement, recruitment and developing a career in People & Culture Join us in creating unforgettable experiences at Experience Gold Coast Here’s what makes working with us special: Be Part of the Action : Work at the heart of the Gold Coast’s thriving arts and culture scene, where creativity and community come together.
