Opportunity You will be a qualified Veterinary Nurse or Veterinary technician with a minimum of one year of clinical experience that has the opportunity to join our dedicated team, either full‑time or part‑time. You will have opportunities across general practice nursing, surgery, dental and consulting job roles. You will take pride in maintaining high standards and thrive in a supportive, well‑structured team while being encouraged to continue developing your clinical and leadership skills. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing across surgical, hospital, dental and consulting areas Monitor anaesthetics safely and confidently, using sound clinical judgement and best‑practice techniques Manage patient admissions, treatments and discharges with accuracy and professionalism Maintain clear and precise patient, clinical and inventory records within our practice management system Support veterinarians during procedures and contribute to efficient case flow throughout the day Uphold a clean, organised and safe working environment to ensure the highest standard of patient care Actively contribute to a positive, team‑focused culture and provide guidance to junior staff when required About You You will bring: A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology (or equivalent qualification) Excellent patient care and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Confidence in surgical, hospital, dental and consult‑based nursing tasks A passion for continuous improvement and learning What We Offer You At Wagga Wagga Veterinary Hospital, we hold ourselves to a high standard of care, professionalism and teamwork.
