As a
Claims Consultant , you will play a key role in handling claims effectively with the goal of earning trust and confidence in the markets that the company serves.

This Role Will Include, But Not Limited To
Manage a portfolio of 300-350 motor claims, ensuring efficient and accurate processingConduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims, determining coverage and liabilityCollaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth claims processProvide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with policyholders and stakeholdersParticipate in negotiations with policyholders and relevant parties to reach fair settlementsMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to company policies and guidelinesStay updated with insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in an insurance or claims related role highly desirableExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office
