About Us: Integrity Management is a leading provider of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, dedicated to delivering top-quality solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stores and Purchasing Coordinator to join our team at our Henderson workshop. Role Overview: As a Stores and Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Integrity Management team by managing inventory, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensuring equipment tracking and control. Your efforts will be vital in maintaining efficient workshop operations and ensuring the availability of necessary materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities Maintain Calibration records for Integrity Management equipment and send for calibration to relevant party and or perform inhouse calibration of equipment in accordance to procedures Maintain an equipment quarantine area whereby no faulty or uncalibrated equipment can be used. Source repair of all quarantined equipment and or remove from asset register if not able to be repaired. Monitor Stores mailbox and action as necessary Respond to site requests for issue of replacement parts and consumables and action as needed. Assist Mechanical Maintenance and Workshop Team for administration and documentation of deliveries – goods received / dispatched and Maintenance records as required General forklift duties as required to assist the daily requirements of the mechanical workshop The Candidate: In order to be successful for this role you will demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and Environment, will be a well-organised and flexible person capable of prioritising a demanding workload.
