This role is ideal for experienced Personal Carers, Aged Care Assistants, or Support Workers looking for flexible casual shifts in a beautiful coastal setting. What You’ll Do Support residents with daily living, always with dignity and respect Assist with personal care tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Encourage independence and wellbeingWork closely with nurses, lifestyle, and hospitality teams Assist with mobility and safe use of equipment (manual handling) Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment Document care accurately using iCare Collaborate with families and health professionals for holistic care What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Experience in aged care and a genuine passion for helping older people Your own vehicle is essential as there is no public transport nearby Why You’ll Love Working With Us Be part of a genuinely supportive and close-knit team that values collaboration, kindness, and making each day meaningful - for residents and each other.
