# **Personal Carer | BlueCare | Community Care*** Employment Status: Permanent Part Time* Location: Surfers Paradise, Mermaid Beach, Benowa & Surrounding Areas* Remuneration: $35.51 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discounts**Make a meaningful difference with BlueCare**We're looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others -through small moments that leave big impacts.**About the role:**As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.* Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities* In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing* Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan* Supporting with community based recreational and social activities* Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
