Senior Principal - Accounting & Finance at Perigon Group Reporting into the FC and HR Manager of this global business, this role is responsible for managing the end to end payroll for the company across Australia. Generous WFH and flexible working on offer. Managing a small team, you'll drive & oversee payroll processing, reporting, admin, compliance, legislation, payroll accounting and PAYG for circa 1500 employees. You will also respond to any payroll related queries and be involved in ad hoc projects and process improvement from time to time. You're an experienced payroll professional, with a stable work history, full function Australian payroll experience (5+ years) and excellent communication skills. You can be an experienced Payroll Team Lead/Manager or a Senior Payroll Officer stepping up. Finally you'll have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethic and preferably experience working in a multi-site sector such as retail or hospitality.
