Our Sales Trainees will embark on a cross-dealership journey, growing in knowledge across our many brands and playing a pivotal role in our first-class customer journey as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements on the automotive “road to a sale”. About the role 2 weeks classroom style training to get you started Answering Sales phone calls and enquiries Gaining hands-on experience in dealerships selling cars, supporting dealership teams, and ensuring customers stay engaged and connected Assisting customers by understanding customer needs and providing tailored options and solutions Contributing to the achievement of sales goals Maximizing every sales opportunity by providing the ultimate customer experience What we’re looking for Customer service excellence: Proven ability to create positive customer experiences. Reliability & commitment: 5-day roster (including Saturdays) with rotating RDOs. Drive to learn & grow: Enthusiasm to build a rewarding sales career. Team player: Open to feedback, collaboration, and contributing to a supportive culture. Confident communicator: Comfortable face-to-face, over the phone, and online. Tech capable: Confident using different systems and platforms. License: Current driver’s license essential.
