Fully remote – work from home anywhere in Australia 6‑month fixed contract then perm working full time hours each week $40.04 per hour + super while on fixed term $79,117 + super + NFP salary packaging once perm Be part of a purpose‑driven, compassionate organisation making real impact Equipment provided, with opportunities to attend community activities / events About the Role As the Care Admin Lead, you’ll manage the admin side of referrals, currently handling ~5,000 per month, and guide a small team of three. You’ll take ownership of processes, identify opportunities for automation, and work closely with other teams to test, implement, and embed efficiency improvements. This is a hands‑on, problem‑solving role – perfect for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, managing systems, and rolling out practical solutions that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities Lead a small admin team, coaching and supporting day‑to‑day operations Manage the intake, triage, and distribution of client referrals across the business Analyse current processes and identify automation opportunities within existing systems (MS Suite, Outlook, Teams) Prepare and deliver training sessions to your team Act as a key liaison across multiple teams, helping to roll out changes and test new processes Participate in user testing and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency Challenges You’ll Tackle Working with multiple legacy systems and identifying automation solutions using MS tools Triaging large volumes of referrals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Designing and implementing process improvements across teams and silos What Success Looks Like Creating processes and automation that increase efficiency Improving referral management and admin operations across the business Building a confident, well‑trained team ready to support new systems Establishing strong cross‑team relationships and communication About You Has experience in admin and operations, ideally in a high‑volume environment Has led a small team and driven performance improvements Can demonstrate examples of improving efficiency in previous roles Is confident engaging stakeholders and working across silos Has basic Excel skills and comfort with systems (Trax, Genesis, MS Suite, Outlook, Teams; HubSpot a plus) Thrives on solving problems and introducing smart, practical solutions Why You’ll Love Working Here Opportunity to define and shape a new role with real impact Lead a team and make tangible improvements to client processes Work in a supportive, collaborative NFP environment Competitive salary and benefits Next steps Interviews will take place over the next fortnight, with immediate starts available.
