Copper bar and grill restaurant – South Townsville QLD We are seeking an experienced Waitstaff / Bartender / Supervisor to join our team at Copper Bar and Grill restaurant in South Townsville, QLD. This is a permanent position, ideal for those looking to work flexible hours in the hospitality industry. What you’ll be doing Providing excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, and delivering orders in a timely manner Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages at the bar Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, placing orders when required Assisting with the supervision and training of junior waitstaff Handling cash and credit card transactions, and balancing end‑of‑day sales Ensuring the restaurant and bar areas are clean, well‑stocked and presentation‑ready at all times What we’re looking for Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in a similar waitstaff, bartender or supervisory role in the hospitality industry Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide a friendly and attentive dining experience Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing high‑quality service What we offer At Copper bar and grill restaurant, we pride ourselves on our vibrant and welcoming workplace culture.
