We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Comuna Cantina in Everton Park, located in Brisbanes Northern suburbs. As a part-time Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient bar management. What you'll be doing Supervising and coordinating the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory Providing hands‑on bartending support during peak periods to deliver premium customer experiences Ensuring compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and health and safety regulations Training and mentoring bar staff to develop their skills and knowledge Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment Resolving customer queries and addressing any complaints in a professional and courteous manner What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar supervisor or senior bartender role Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and liquor licensing requirements Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a premium guest experience Proficiency in making a wide range of cocktails and mixed drinks Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to creating a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere What we offer Ongoing training and development opportunities Discounted meals and beverages Flexible scheduling to accommodate work‑life balance Opportunity to be part of a dynamic, passionate team About us Comuna Cantina is a vibrant and contemporary restaurant and bar located in the heart of Everton Park.
