We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Bar Supervisor / Assistant Bar Manager to help lead our bar team and uphold the service excellence our venue is known for. About the Role As Bar Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, mentor and motivate the team, and maintain the highest standards of beverage quality and guest experience. This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor or assistant bar manager ready to take ownership in a dynamic, high-volume venue. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the bar team to deliver seamless, high-quality service. Oversee cocktail preparation, speed of service, and product consistency. Assist with rostering, training, inventory management, and supplier coordination. Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive atmosphere within the bar. Ensure compliance with RSA and venue policies at all times. What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ bar experience in a premium or high-volume venue. Proven experience in a bar supervisory or assistant management role. Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, with attention to detail and presentation. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience. Why Rick Shores?
