About the role The Campaign Manager is responsible for managing the global and regional calendars across the US, CA, UK, and EMEA. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this role drives the day‑to‑day execution of sales, digital, and marketing initiatives across all areas of the business. As the central point of coordination, the Campaign Manager ensures seamless planning, alignment, and delivery of key campaigns and activities across every channel and touchpoint. They act as the go‑to person for internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects have appropriate briefs, stay on brief, on time, and on target. This role works closely with team leads across Sales,, B2B, Events, Community, Content, Creative, PR, CRM, Social, Performance, Partnerships, Operations, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include managing campaign timelines and deliverables, creating and maintaining briefs, tracking performance, and ensuring clear communication and visibility of marketing activity across the business. This is a high‑impact, fast‑paced role suited to someone who thrives in environments, juggles multiple priorities with ease, delivers flawlessly, and remains calm and focused under pressure. Key Responsibilities Project/Campaign Orchestration and Management. Lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of all activities in our project management tools to deliver activities on time. Oversee the master campaign calendar, ensuring alignment between product launches and milestones. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure ideas are matured and orchestrated to maximum performance and strict timeline adherence. Integrated Marketing Delivery Coordinate multi‑channel activities spanning digital (paid, social, email), OOH, ATL, BTL, influencer, PR, and retail touchpoints. Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand representation across all platforms and channels. Ensure that feedback in one channel prompting global changes is timely and accurately communicated to all stakeholders and changes implemented accurately and timely. Trade Marketing & Events Plan and manage B2B marketing initiatives, including trade shows, expos, partnership activations and events. Coordinate event logistics — booth design, collateral, sample management, and lead generation processes. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure strong commercial alignment and post‑event ROI reporting. Project Management Drive cross‑functional collaboration between internal teams, leadership, agencies, and external vendors. Manage project workflows using tools such as Asana to ensure deadlines are met. Identify process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency and delivery speed. Performance, Reporting and Forecasting Support the Sales & Marketing Director and leadership team with ensuring Marketing Calendar timelines and key activities that impact units sold are transparent and communicated into the broader business timely and accurately. Reporting and Post‑Mortem analysis together with stakeholders. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics across all channels. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation. Key Requirements Experience in a marketing coordination, project support, or integrated marketing role (agency or brand side) Highly organized, process‑driven and detail‑oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with confidence coordinating across departments Familiarity with Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Klaviyo, Shopify or similar tools Strong time management and a proactive approach to problem‑solving Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating structure in a fast‑paced environment A strong desire to learn, contribute and grow within a high‑performing, purpose‑led team Nice to Have Experience with performance marketing platforms and multi‑channel attribution tools Prior work across international markets (AU, US, UK, CA) Interest in wellness, lifestyle, and emerging health trends Why Join BON CHARGE?
