As Campaign Manager, you’ll turn ideas into campaigns that are impossible to ignore. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be the go‑to person for making things happen. Your mission? Ensure our messages land with the right people, in the right way, at the right time. Ready to make an impact? What you’ll do Build and launch campaigns across email, SMS, and digital banners using templates and tools. Ensure flawless delivery by testing across devices, fixing errors, and maintaining brand consistency. Manage campaign accuracy including targeting, asset organisation, and timely fulfilment of incentives. Optimise performance through A/B and multivariate testing, applying insights to improve results. Collaborate in agile squads with marketers, designers, developers, and analysts to meet sprint goals. Maintain compliance and approvals to keep campaigns audit-ready and aligned with regulations. What we’re looking for Organised and proactive with a strong bias for action and attention to detail. Exceptional eye for accuracy, spotting errors and ensuring brand consistency. Clear communicator who simplifies complex information for customers. Customer‑focused and collaborative, with a curious, improvement‑driven mindset. Technical proficiency in campaign deployment platforms and marketing tools. Qualified and experienced, with a business/marketing degree and 2+ years in financial services marketing.
