META PAID ADS COACH SHE-com Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia As a Facebook Ads Coach at SHE-com, you will play a pivotal role in empowering women entrepreneurs to master Facebook advertising. You will guide eCommerce business owners through the process of creating, managing, and scaling their Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring they achieve success and maximise ROI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, enjoys teaching, and is committed to helping others succeed in their entrepreneurial journey. Key Responsibilities: Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one‑on‑one coaching sessions to eCommerce business owners, helping them understand fundamentals and advanced strategies of Meta advertising. Strategy Development: Assist clients in developing effective ad strategies tailored to their business goals, including audience segmentation, creative direction, and budget allocation. Performance Analysis: Teach clients to analyse campaign data – CTR, conversion rates, ROAS – to make data‑driven decisions that optimise performance. Campaign Optimisation: Guide clients through A/B testing, bid adjustments, creative refresh strategies to ensure continuous improvement. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of latest trends, new features, best practices to keep clients competitive. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide real‑time support, addressing ad, tracking, platform issues. Coaching Ability: Strong aptitude for teaching and simplifying complex concepts. Data‑Driven Mindset: Proficiency in Ads Manager and analytics tools. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, tracking, custom audience creation. Creative Insight: Ability to guide engaging ad creatives. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal/written skills, rapport building. Passion for e‑commerce: Understanding business challenges and drive to help grow.
