Fixed Term Contract - Clinical Coordinator - Paediatrics - Launceston TAS Job Type: Temporary position | Part time position Job Description MedicalJobsAustralia.com Fixed Term C The Role: In conjunction with the Inter‑professional Team coordinates the day to day patient care activities of the Ward/Unit, including identifying and implementing processes for admission, transfers, and discharge of Ward/Unit patients. Key Attributes Paediatric Clinical Expertise : Sound understanding of child development, paediatric conditions, and age‑appropriate nursing care. Compassion and Empathy : Ability to engage with children and families in a supportive and respectful manner. Communication Skills : Clear, age‑appropriate communication and effective collaboration with families and colleagues. Resilience and Adaptability : Capacity to manage emotional demands and adjust to changing clinical priorities. Teamwork : Collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. Cultural Sensitivity : Respect for diverse cultural backgrounds, values, and family structures. Contract Details Fixed term, part time, shift worker position, working up to 64 hours per fortnight, commencing from 16 January 2025 until 20 March 2027.
