Job Description We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Epworth Geelong as a part-time Patient Liaison Officer. You will be responsible for the management of patient and carer complaints and will report directly to the quality manager. You will make an impact by: Ensuring that complaints are handled in a timely, consistent, and empathetic manner across the site. Initiating early intervention with patients, caregivers, and staff. Providing thorough, timely, and appropriate investigation of feedback. Ensuring appropriate coordination and escalation of patient complaints to relevant internal and/or external parties. Contributing to prevention strategies and debrief for staff and doctors.
