Links Kennedy Bay are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced F&B Duty Manager to join a multi-talented team and assist the delivery and management of the hospitality offering at Birdie Restaurant. Birdie Restaurant provides the community with a fresh, modern, and family friendly space to connect over coffee, drinks, lunch, and dinner, with our half a million dollar nature kids play area we have quickly become the family place to be on weekends in Port Kennedy. With a focus on locally sourced produce we offer a quality driven contemporary family friendly bistro style menu; with an licensed area of 250 people and open 7 days a week, this adaptable and relaxed venue has been a sought‑after destination for the local community and beyond since opening our doors in 2021. With the venue showing continuous growth and a wedding pavilion in the planning we are looking for our next superstar to join our team to focus on this growing segment of our venue. You will hit the ground running and be happy to roll up your sleeves and throw yourself into whatever comes your way predominantly working on: Front of house service - bistro, bar, barista Ensure the exceptional delivery of customer service standards are met and that staff are held accountable for service deliver Support with stock control, management and ordering Support the daily management of staff including staff supervision, support, training & mentoring Assist in financial & operational reporting and management Workplace health & safety, stringent food hygiene standards and the responsible service of alcohol About you With the ability to work a varied roster including weekends and evenings you will have: 2+ years’ experience in a similar role Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills Vibrant and awesome energy Current Approved Manager and RSA (WA) qualifications Current National Police check, First aid certificate and Driver’s license If you think this opportunity is for you and you want to be part of our success please don’t delay in sending your applications through as applications will be reviewed as they are received, with the role commencing as soon as possible.
