BBB Remote Site Services is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations across our remote WA sites. Reporting to the Camp Services Manager you will lead a small team and ensure high‑quality meal services, compliance, and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a remote camp environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, support and develop the kitchen team Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation and service Ensure compliance with food safety standards and BBB procedures Manage stock control, ordering and supplier coordination Plan and coordinate dietary requirements Assist with rostering and workforce planning Work closely with the Village Manager to maintain efficient camp operations Maintain accurate records, logs and kitchen documentation Promote a safe, clean and well‑organised kitchen environment About You You are a proactive, motivated leader with strong kitchen and management experience—ideally within a remote or high‑volume environment. You enjoy working as part of a close‑knit team and thrive in fast‑paced settings. Your skills and experience will include: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher Minimum 5 years’ experience in kitchens (remote experience highly regarded) Proven leadership experience in supervising kitchen teams Strong organisational, planning and communication skills A solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety and compliance Ability to manage stock, ordering and cost control Confidence using digital systems and Microsoft Office A positive attitude and commitment to safe work practices About Us BBB Remote Site Services is a WA business specialising in the provision of both temporary and fixed remote sites, camp management, catering services, and the rental of commercial site caravans and portable buildings.
