Growing Surgical Practice Opportunity to step up Top Remuneration Lower North Shore Our client, an innovative and dynamic surgeon with a growing practice. A unique opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and committed Medical Receptionist to join their team at their busy surgical practice. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to : Meeting and greeting patients Personal Assistant and secretarial support to the surgeon Scheduling patient consultations Administration of the front desk and patient clinics Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently Patient invoicing and receipting Co-ordinating theatre lists, booking theatres and preparing patients for surgical procedures Liaising with other doctors, hospitals and medical representatives Genie experience advantageous To be successful for this position you will enjoy being part of a small team and have previous experience working in a surgical setting. You will be highly organised with an eye for detail and able tackle any task with strong follow through. You will be self-motivated and able to work within a team as well as autonomously. Additionally you will be an effective communicator committed to superior customer service and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
