This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, warm and confident receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced specialist setting and enjoys being the face of the practice. About the Role Working closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Your responsibilities will include : Managing a busy front desk and greeting patients with professionalism and care Coordinating appointments, follow-ups and theatre bookings Handling a high volume of phone and email enquiries Processing billings, invoices and Medicare / DVA / ECLIPSE Supporting the surgeon with administrative tasks Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring smooth daily operations About You Previous experience in a medical reception or specialist practice (surgical preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Confidence with medical software and billing processes A proactive, calm and professional approach Benefits Join an established and supportive specialist practice Work with a respected surgeon at St Vincent’s Stable, long-term role with excellent team culture Competitive salary based on experience If you are an experienced medical receptionist looking for your next step in a senior role, we would love to hear from you.
