Overview Join to apply for the HSE Advisor role at The Arnott's Group . As the HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture by providing professional support, advice, and assistance to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, standards and the internal Safety Management System. What your days look like Promote a shared belief across the site that doing the job safely is just how we do business. Mentor, coach, and assist employees to create a level of understanding and empowerment that they can make positive impacts on safety. Provide accurate technical advice around the interpretation of legislation impacting Work Health and Safety. Contribute to the successful delivery of key projects and identify areas of continuous improvement. Participate and facilitate risk assessments to ensure the process is applied correctly to identify and control risks. Model and promote behaviours that drive a positive safety culture. Ingredients for Success Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety or willingness to obtain. Working in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in participation and/or facilitation of risk assessment. Demonstrated experience in participation and/or facilitation of Incident Investigation Well-developed skills in the use of MS Office, Power BI, and MyOSH Highly effective engagement and communication skills with the ability to support leaders across all levels.
