About the Role We are seeking an Application & Reporting Analyst to join Student Engagement, Administrative Division. The role supports delivery of digital services and data-informed decision-making across Student Engagement. It combines application support and reporting responsibilities, ensuring systems are optimally configured and data is effectively leveraged to enhance service delivery and student experience. Working closely with the Business Data Analyst, this role contributes to application support of Unihub and reporting infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft Fabric), translating business needs into system configurations and actionable insights. The position reports to the Senior Analyst, Student Engagement Applications for career planning, development, and performance expectations. What You Need To Succeed Education, training and / or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting digital services, including design, configuration, testing, implementation, and evaluation of systems and processes to improve service delivery. Proven experience in administering and maintaining enterprise applications and reporting platforms, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal and external providers. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to interpret data, identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose solutions using sound professional judgement. Demonstrated proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and SQL, with ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse clients and teams to achieve successful outcomes.
