We're not looking for years of experience or a long list of qualifications. We're looking for a natural "people person" with a genuine interest in sales who is eager to learn from the best. Responsibilities Based in our state-of-the-art Ed Square Property Information Centre, you will be the first friendly face that welcomes our potential customers. You'll be mentored by a senior Sales Project Manager, and your main goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience. Be the first point of contact for all walk‑ins, calls, and emails, providing a warm and professional welcome. Listen to customer needs and connect them with the right Sales Consultant. Support the sales team by managing customer information and enquiries in our CRM system. Help maintain the high standard of presentation in our Sales Centre. Assist the Sales Project Manager with day‑to‑day tasks and learn the fundamentals of property sales from the ground up. Qualifications A true passion for sales and an interest in building a career in the property industry. An outstandingly positive, proactive, and friendly attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional presentation and a collaborative mindset. Good computer skills (MS Office; we can teach you our CRM). Willingness to obtain a Certificate of Registration in Property before commencement (paid for by us and can be completed within a few weeks).
