As our business is fast growing, we are looking for an Inductions and Compliance Officer to join the Cycon Civil team. The Role: Organising training and Inductions for employees. Uploading Employees and Plant for Inductions to Projects. Prepare and/or coordinate and modify documents including general correspondence, reports, drafts, submissions and email. Staff engagement and development, modelling positive working relationships, demonstrating trust, care and respect. Support client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are followed. Ensuring people and plant documents are up to date. Maintain and update all project related documentation and communication through the job system for each project. Ad-hoc administration duties and support to our operations manager. The Person: Experience in Project Administrator positions (preferred). Knowledge of civil construction and plant & machinery (required). Familiar with 3D Safety, RIW, EIFY, Pegasus and Damstra Platforms. Experience managing multiple site relationships and operational deadlines with competing priorities. High level skills MS work, Excel. High level of communication skills, Ability to engage effectively with various sites and teams with various needs and skills.
