Recruitment and Compliance Officer

Scafwest is continuing to grow and we’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Recruitment & Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities within a supportive and growing team. About the Role: In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and compliance processes to ensure our teams are well supported and project-ready. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, candidates and site teams to deliver efficient, accurate and timely workforce planning and compliance outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle Coordinate onboarding requirements, inductions and compliance documentation Maintain employee records and ensure ongoing compliance across multiple client and site platforms Assist with workforce planning and mobilisation Provide administrative support across HR and operations where required Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and compliance processes Support wider office functions as needed—flexibility is essential What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, mobilisation or compliance (preferred but not essential) Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities High attention to detail with a proactive approach Reliable, flexible and comfortable working in a role with diverse responsibilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer: Competitive salary of $75k – $85k (depending on experience) Full-time, stable role in our Landsdale office Supportive team environment Genuine growth potential for the right applicant Opportunity to be part of a respected and expanding business If you’re looking for a varied and rewarding role with opportunities to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
