You will join the Recruitment & Employee Services team, a collaborative, service‑focused group that supports leaders and staff across the organisation. As a Recruitment Onboarding and Compliance Officer, you will manage all operational aspects of the pre‑employment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for new employees. YOUR ROLE, YOUR IMPACT As part of the Recruitment & Employee Services team, you play a vital role in supporting leaders across your assigned portfolios by providing expert advice on recruitment, compliance, and onboarding. Your work helps ensure that RMH fosters a positive, safe, and legally compliant workplace culture, empowering our teams to focus on delivering exceptional care. In This Role, You Will Review employment and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies and regulations. Provide timely advice and support to managers and new employees throughout the onboarding process. Prepare and coordinate employment contracts, offer letters, and unpaid appointment documentation for new starters. Be the key contact for managing a high volume of recruitment and onboarding‑related enquiries.
