Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation. Support managers in performance management and workforce planning activities. Assist with induction, training coordination, and staff engagement initiatives. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Fair Work, NDIS, and other employment legislation. Provide general HR administration and support across the organisation. Qualifications and Skills Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards). Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or recruitment roles. Sound understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practice recruitment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems. Why Join Us? Work in a supportive, values-driven culture.
