Receptionist/dispensary technician

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist/Dispensary Technician to join our growing team at CustomMed Compounding Pharmacy in Randwick, NSW. This full‑time position will involve providing excellent customer service at the front desk, as well as assisting our pharmacists in the dispensary. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Permanent residents of Australia are required for this position. What you'll be doing Greeting and checking in patients in a courteous and professional manner Answering incoming calls and efficiently directing enquiries Managing the pharmacy's workflow Dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of our pharmacists Accurately maintaining patient records and pharmacy inventory Restocking shelves and assisting with other general pharmacy duties What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare administration role is desirable but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities Proficiency with medical terminology and computer systems would be an advantage A genuine interest in providing compassionate patient care A pharmacy technician or dispensary assistant qualification would be highly regarded What we offer Ongoing training and development opportunities A collaborative and inclusive work environment Flexible work arrangements to support work‑life balance Discounted healthcare and pharmaceutical products A friendly team of dedicated healthcare professionals About us CustomMed Compounding Pharmacy is a leading provider of tailored pharmaceutical solutions.
