Community & Events Manager | Club Rose Bay The Venue Join our reopening team at Club Rose Bay With Merivale overseeing all food, beverage, and event operations, we’re bringing exceptional hospitality and guest experiences to a very special community venue. Club Rose Bay has undergone a beautiful refurbishment of both indoor and outdoor areas, complete with brand-new dining and bar spaces designed to create a fun and welcoming experience for members, guests, and the wider community. The Role As part of the opening team, the Community & Events Manager will play a pivotal role in driving community engagement at Club Rose Bay through the coordination of local events, in venue marketing activations and delivering exceptional front entry guest experience. Oversee front office and reception operations, ensuring seamless guest experience. Manage Club Rose Bay's membership system and guest enquiries. Deliver a calendar of community events and marketing activations. Report insights and trends to venue operations and key internal stakeholders. Identify new opportunities to boost revenue and brand presence. Maintain a community-relevant database and act as the main contact for the community. Champion group wide and venue specific social media campaigns. Previous venue operations, guest relations, marketing or event management experience. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach to community engagement and brand advocacy. Technical knowledge of membership systems, social media platforms and Microsoft office.
