Administration Support Officer - Out of School Hours Care $31.38 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging This position is responsive to the requirements of OSHC Management and OSHC systems, particularly pertaining to rostering for all of Out of School Hours Care and School Holiday services. This is a full-time temporary position (maternity leave cover) until 29th January 2027. Responsibilities Responsible for daily rostering at all OSHC/SHP sites, ensuring all services are meeting the regulatory requirements of correct ratios to maintain compliance. Adjust rosters according to daily enrolments at each service. Be available to answer OSHC Rostering mobile every day, and follow up with educator’s unavailability. Ensure rosters are projected for the week ahead, and rolled out to all educators using systems developed and utilised by OSHC. Manage educator’s timesheets within EasyEmployer. Meet new educators and provide them with CAW uniform/lanyards and an induction to processes, as well as collection of uniform and exit forms upon educator’s resignation. Support Management with keeping budgets on track by maintaining trackers, provide approved purchase orders and reconcile EVC. Work collaboratively with Payroll to maintain WWVP cards, staff records, probation reports and contracts. Collate internal documents needed to support reporting as requested by management. Support the conducting of interviews, generally through being a witness, and on occasion conducting the interview. Report on educator feedback. Other duties as required. What We Need from You Maintain current “Working with Vulnerable People” registration. Experience and sound knowledge of Children’s Services, in particular Out of School Hours Care. Experience and familiar with the National Law and Regulations. Demonstrated ability to provide positive leadership and contribute towards the development of a productive team culture in a diverse work environment. Ability to plan and prioritise work to ensure the efficient delivery of outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiar and willingness to learn the Communities at Work systems, in particular EasyEmployer, Kidsoft, NAV, Google Drives, Internal Audit System. Willingness to attend and develop a strong sense of all Professional Learning opportunities.
