About The Role We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide therapy to NDIS participants. Responsibilities include: Working in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres Using assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding Building meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies within a positive behaviour support framework Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges Participating in weekly team meetings at the Hub to share impact stories and foster team spirit Receiving support from your Team Leader and Therapy Mentor Who We Are Looking For Our team values collaboration and shared principles.
