Opportunity We’re hiring our first Marketing Lead, a hands‑on strategic operator who can build a growth engine from the ground up. This role reports to the CEO directly. We’ve tested out a few channels and noticed early wins – we need this role to help us scale. What you’ll do Define Medow’s story. Craft the narrative that helps every doctor and hospital understand why Medow matters. Drive pipeline and revenue. Build campaigns that convert awareness into demos, demos into customers, and customers into advocates. Launch new products. Develop GTM playbooks for new AI features coming to market. Build our brand. Lead content, PR, Partnerships and conference representation that earn trust and elevate Medow’s credibility in healthcare. Scale the system. Own HubSpot, reporting, and channel performance across inbound, outbound, and referral programs. Expand enterprise reach. Partner with our sales and partnerships teams to open doors in hospitals and healthcare networks. What success looks like Marketing directly drives a major share of new ARR growth. Consistent inbound pipeline across specialists and enterprise. Medow’s brand is synonymous with quality, trust, and speed in clinical documentation. Repeatable GTM playbooks and reporting systems in place. High‑quality content, events, and campaigns that generate real engagement. Have 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in healthtech or working with professionals (legal, healthcare, finance). Have built or scaled a marketing function in a $1‑10M ARR startup. Enjoy being an executor, not a mere manager. Love owning the full funnel, from story to strategy to spreadsheet. Can balance creativity with technology and enjoy moving fast.
