Your key responsibilities: Precisely cutting and preparing meat for retail display. Setting up and packing down the display to the highest standards. Delivering friendly and professional service to every customer. Contributing to a strong and collaborative team culture. Managing stock control, product margins, and labour efficiency. Ensuring compliance with PrimeSafe, HACCP, WH&S, and QA standards. What we are looking for in you: Proven experience as a retail butcher, ideally within a high-volume or premium environment with a minimum 3 years experience. Strong knife skills with the ability to cut, trim, and prepare a wide variety of meats to specification. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety. Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and consistency in product preparation. A positive attitude with strong communication skills and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Reliability, teamwork, and the flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends. This is more than just a job.
