Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our high-performing Development team at our new masterplanned community based in Kingscliff. About the Role As the Team Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Development Operations, Project Director, and the broader Development team. You’ll help foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that delivers on both operational and development priorities. Key Responsibilities Office Management of small project office Organise and complete support tasks for the Development function such as meeting coordination and events Complete SAP (payments) and Ariba (procurement) functions on behalf of the Development teams Assist the Development teams with contractor and consultant engagement administration Monitoring and reporting on purchase order and invoice performance Maintain and manage meetings rooms and hot desks at sales/regional offices Take a proactive role with Operational Risk compliance processes Assist the broader Admin teams on other projects with any workload pressures, including during periods of annual leave (as directed) About you This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on agility and takes a proactive approach to their work. You will be experienced in: Providing support in a team environment, subject to work pressures and competing deadlines Managing supplier payments and associated administration Coordinating diaries, events and projects requiring the capability to be flexible in order to meet deadlines Full Microsoft Office 365 suite, up to intermediate level and exposure to SAP being highly desirable The Stockland Proposition At Stockland, our portfolio is diverse and so are the opportunities for professional development.
