This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced energetic person to join a long established Mortgage Brokerage in the South Eastern Suburbs. Due to expansion we are now seeking to engage an additional Full Time Mortgage Broker. The successful candidate will contribute to an exciting growth period and will be part of a highly motivated team. Your role will be to operate as an independent Mortgage Broker receiving full Back Office Support from our team - which includes: Full End-To-End Application Processing, General Office facilities, Ongoing Training, Professional Development and Compliance. Leads will be supplied. We currently have a 50+ Panel of Lenders, with CRM and Client Care facilities second to none. Social Media Marketing is also provided. Additional Lines of Business are also available through Commercial, Asset Finance and Insurance. Requirements Highly Motivated with strong Work Ethic Have a depth of understanding of Compliance Standards and Product Knowledge Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or higher Must be able to handle multiple files and work to deadlines Be a strong systems and procedures person and have excellent relationship management skills Hold MFAA or FBAA Membership This is a commission only role and as such your earning potential is substantial with exceedingly generous Commission Splits on all Upfront and Trailing Commissions.
