Position Overview CyberAgency is seeking a skilled and customer‑focused IT Support Specialist with 3–5 years of hands‑on IT support experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and general IT support. This is a part‑time role with the potential to grow into a full‑time position within six months, based on performance and company needs. Experience with ConnectWise PSA is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1–2 technical support to clients across various industries. Manage, troubleshoot, and administer Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, Intune, etc.). Support and troubleshoot networking issues including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi systems. Perform general IT tasks such as workstation setup, software installation, hardware diagnostics, patching, and system updates. Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets within required SLAs. Document work performed and update client records within PSA tools. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for client users. Participate in system deployments, migrations, and other IT projects as needed. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of professional IT support experience within an MSP or similar fast‑paced environment preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (preferred: experience with Intune and Azure AD conditional access). Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall basics. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across Windows environments. Experience with ticketing systems; ConnectWise PSA experience is a bonus. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a dynamic setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience supporting cloud services and hybrid environments. Familiarity with RMM tools. Certifications such as CompTIA A⁺, Network⁺, Security⁺, or Microsoft certifications (bonus). Part‑time position with flexible scheduling.
