The Monadelphous Engineering Associates Registered Training Organisation (RTO 52582), provides Monadelphous with the capability to deliver pre and post mobilisation training, nationally accredited and high- risk licensing to its employees. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Trainer & Assessor to coordinate and deliver specific training programs and workshops including National Units of Competency and Verification of Competency (VOC) training and assessment. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing and developing employees’ skills, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements. The role provides training support services directly to internal and external customers during pre-contract, project start-up and project execution phases. Training is delivered from our Bibra Lake training facility the “Monadelphous Employee Development Centre” and our operational sites, with a required flexibility to work in Perth and undertake ad hoc travel across our operations as required. Benefits Based in Bibra Lake Full-Time casual role Monday to Friday with ad-hoc site travel Key Responsibilities Deliver training and assessment for Nationally Units of Competency as per RTO scope such as (WAH, CSE, GTA, Basic Fire, EWP, Rigging, Cranes, Scaffolding, Telehandler etc.) Facilitate VOC assessments in accordance with industry standards and client requirements Delivery of Monadelphous enterprise workshops and training programs Ensuring all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy and procedure Contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of Monadelphous training programs, resources and materials Working closely with business unit manager, senior compliance advisor, training coordinator and peer trainer assessors Occasional travel offered to applicants subject to experience & skillset Maintain compliance of RTO accreditation What you’ll bring A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) – mandatory A current High Risk Work License (HRWL) with RA, SA, WP, and LF - essential A minimum of five years’ experience within the resources sector or a comparable industry The ability to work independently with minimal supervision Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills A strong commitment to achieving quality training outcomes and a genuine passion for developing others High attention to detail, supported by strong initiative and proactive problem‑solving skills Life at Monadelphous There’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
