Overview Join ERGT Australia’s Offshore Survival Training Team and help shape safer futures. We’re seeking Trainers & Assessors to deliver OPITO-approved and Nationally Recognised Training to workers across high-risk industries. What We’re Looking For We’re after passionate, safety-focused professionals who bring real industry experience to the training environment. In this role, you’ll train workers from Oil & Gas, Aviation, Maritime and other high-risk sectors, helping them build the confidence and capability to stay safe and respond effectively in emergency situations. Training You’ll Deliver OPITO Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET) with CA-EBS (5750) OPITO Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET) with CA-EBS (5850) OPITO Escape Chute Training (5770) Helideck Operations (non-OPITO) Additional offshore survival and emergency response training as required To Be Successful, You’ll Need Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) Relevant industry background (Offshore, Maritime, Mining, Emergency Services, etc.) Strong communication and teamwork skills A commitment to high-quality, engaging training The ability to remain calm, adaptable and professional in dynamic situations You’ll also bring HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Open Water Certification (ERGT will support successful candidates to progress to Rescue-level certification) What We Offer Meaning & Purpose – Make a real impact by training those in high-risk industries.
