WHAT YOU'LL DO As Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator, you'll provide instrumental support to the project management team, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery. You will work on major industrial buildings projects, such as automated warehouses and distribution centres, for big‑name clients. You will work closely with more senior members of the team as you build up your expertise and make sure projects are delivered with top standards. You'll be : Assisting with the coordination and delivery of projects to meet agreed timeframes; Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and controls managing by the contract requirements; Helping to revise project documents, drawings, specifications, and project correspondence; Supporting in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and due diligence reports, alongside other relevant project documentation management; Coordinating with contractors, clients, and other relevant personnel; Working across the full lifecycle of projects from inception to handover. WHAT YOU'LL BRING We're looking for a great communicator who is motivated, confident, analytical, and detail-oriented. This role would suit a project coordinator, assistant project manager or individuals from a construction management or civil engineering background looking to make the transition into project management. You may be coming from engineering, design, consulting, construction, or architectural services background – if you're passionate about driving solutions on construction projects, this could be your next career move.
